Infants 0-17 months - $230 week
Toddlers 18-23 months - $220 week
2 year olds - $205 week
3 year olds - $195 week
4 year olds - $195 week

Drop-in Fee $50 (Per child, No family discounts apply on drop-ins) Pre K4-6 Children
Teacher Work Days (Per day)-For enrolled school age K-6 Children
Early Release From School - For enrolled school age K-6 Children

Non Refundable Annual Curriculum Fee (Per Child) Renewable September 1st Each Year
Pre K3 - $115.
Pre K4 - $130.
Kindergarten $240.
1st-6th Grades $420.
Includes Breakfast, Lunch, Snack Plus Before & After School Care
Field Trips Added Expense - Fire, Police Departments, Dallas Zoo, Fishing at the Perch Pond, Heritage Historical Sites, and other adventures throughout the school year (Parents will be notified in advance).
Non Refundable Initial Registration Fee ($100. for one child, $150. for a family)
> Due Upon Enrollment / Renewable January 1st each year
> If a child is withdraws and later re-enrolls, a new registration fee will be charged. A child must be withdrawn at least 4 weeks to be eligible for re-enrollment or normal tuition will be applied for previous weeks.
Returned Check Charge $35.
(After two returned checks, we will no longer accept checks for this account)
Late Pick-up Fee
> $15 first 5 minutes/ $3 a minute thereafter per child if not picked up by 6:00pm - due when the child is picked up
> Excessive late pick ups can result in termination of services.
Discount
Discounts are on tuition only. Only one discount per family, and may not be combined with other discounts. Families with multiple children are eligible for a 10% discount off the oldest child enrolled only.
Payments
> All payments are due no later than the close of business on Monday. Services will be terminated if payment (including any late penalties) are not received by Wednesday morning.
> Services can be reinstated if full payment is made by close of business Wednesday.
> Payments can be made by Check, Money Order, or Cash
> Checks / Money Orders should be made payable to Ferris Christian Academy.
Late Payment Penalty $10. will be charged each day the account is past due.
Attendance / Absentee Policy
> Tuition is due even if days are missed, unless you are using Vacation Credit.
> Rates are not prorated for holidays or inclement weather.
> Families receive two weeks of vacation after six months enrollment. These days may be used when your child is not in attendance. Two new weeks are given each January and do not rollover.
Withdrawal
> A two week written notice is required if you plan to withdraw your child(ren). The notice is not effective until received by the Director and if not received a fee of one week's tuition will be charged.
Closing Dates
Ferris Christian Academy will be closed for the following holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Good Friday, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving and Friday following Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day. If the Holiday falls on the weekend, we will also be closed the adjoining day.
